Alene Holmes
President of Steinbach Consulting & Associates, Alene Holmes has 25+ years experience in overseeing all aspects of conference planning, organizing and facilitating focus groups, as well as expertise in research and writing. Prior to forming Steinbach Consulting & Associates, Alene worked as head of a Research & Training Institute. Her experience in events planning, writing curriculum/books and facilitation has provided her the opportunity to develop strong relationships with professionals in Canada and abroad. Alene is an Associate of the Canadian Career Development Foundation. Alene is also a judge of the Top 20 under 20 National Awards.
Alene also likes to give back to her community. When she is not following her passion as a hobby photographer, she is writing or volunteering to support the community inclusion of persons with a disability. |
Nancy Witherell
A facilitator with over 25 years’ experience and expertise in delivering human relations, career and employment development and business management services. Before joining the Steinbach Consulting and Associates team, Nancy worked for a variety organizations that included; NBCC, various private training companies and disability associations.
Nancy’s delivery style is high energy! Her experiential approach ensures the theory and practical application are linked in a way that enhances the learning experience. She is an optimistic and enthusiastic team member who gets along equally well with her participants and the agencies she serves. One thing is for sure - there will never be a dull moment in her training sessions, as she loves to incorporate fun, play and humour.
Nancy’s core philosophy is to treat everyone with kindness and respect; hand out praise; give responsibility; learn by doing; be a good listener and get to know your client. Nancy currently resides in Fredericton, New Brunswick with her husband Bev. She renews her energy by gardening and canoeing down the beautiful and tranquil rivers of New Brunswick.
