Administrative Assistant

Steinbach Consulting & Associates is seeking applications for the position of an Administrative Assistant to work in a home-based office (pet friendly environment) in Lincoln, New Brunswick. The position is for full-time (37 hours per week). The primary responsibility is to oversee and manage daily administrative tasks and special events.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to phone calls and e-mails
  • Assist in managing arrangements for various events (conferences, provincial training, committee meetings, etc.)
  • Prepare invoices in Sage 
  • Assist in creating promotional materials
  • Ability to travel out of town (typically 3 - 7 days per year for event coordination)

Qualifications
  • Ability to multi-task with accuracy
  • Capability to work independently demonstrating a high degree of self-motivation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and using social media 
  • Ability to use both Apple and PC computers
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Bilingual (oral and written) in English and French an asset

Salary: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: ​Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 4:00 pm)
